I was actually mortified to learn I was a Scorpio Rising.

 It's true... I definitely had fallen prey to the stereotypes. But then again, why were so many Scorpios in my life since childhood? My first best friends had been Scorpios. Then I got married at 22 and my MIL was a Scorpio. I gave birth to a Scorpio stellium child, then Scorpio Moon children (and my first born has a South Node in Scorpio)... 

Ever since being shocked I was a Scorpio Rising, I have learned and studied as much as possible.
